Originally organized by Smalls. Anita Groove is a vibrant funk/soul band featuring international musicians dedicated to making you move and groove. Expect thumpy bass lines, glassy guitar licks, infectious beats, sophisticated keyboard runs, and smooth vocals that will take you higher. 🎤 Anita is a soulful Black American singer with roots in church choirs and national anthems at various events. Since relocating to Bangkok in 2019, her sultry voice, inspired by Alicia Keys and Erykah Badu, has graced venues like Speakerboxx and Whisgars. 🎸 Kaiah is the lead guitarist with a knack for funk, rock, and pop. This self-taught musician from the United States has collaborated with major Thai artists and electrified audiences from Chiang Mai to Phuket with his band, Dirty Magic. 🥁 Simon is a Malaysian-born drummer and multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years of international performance and teaching experience. From Trafalgar Square to the O2 arena, Simon’s rhythmic brilliance lights up every stage he plays on. 🎹 Franck, born in Germany and trained in classical and jazz music, has performed from Europe to Asia. His keyboard talents have been featured in prestigious venues like the Shanghai Concert Hall and Jazz at Lincoln Center. 🎸 Noraphat “PPhat” Kaewsrichan, a master bassist from Silpakorn University, keeps the funky bass beat alive in Bangkok’s most famous music scenes like Adhere 13th Blues Bar. 🍕 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗿𝘆?
