Tokenized Gold, Oracle, ERC-3643 Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization uses distributed ledgers and smart contracts to represent off-chain physical or financial assets as digital tokens on a blockchain. Tokenization does not change the physical or legal nature of the asset itself; rather, it upgrades how ownership records, transfer restrictions, and settlement processes are executed across financial institutions. Globally, total tokenized assets on-chain (excluding fiat stablecoins) have surpassed $30 billion, driven primarily by private credit, sovereign debt, and physical commodities.
