That voice belongs to Ai Higuchi, the Japanese singer-songwriter behind some of anime's most moving endings: "Itterasshai" for TV Anime Attack on Titan: The Final Season - The Final Chapters (2023), and "What Now Burns Within My Chest" for TV Anime Snowball Earth (2026).
