A friendly reminder that this book club is happening at the Edgewood Avenue pop-up location for A Small Place Bookshop, not the Avondale Estates location. ***We've partnered with A Small Place Bookshop for our October read, The True Confessions of First Lady Freedman x Deesha Philyaw, and will have 10 copies on-site available for purchase. Thank you for helping us support our local indie bookstores.*** FAQ's + Notes Q. Can I come if I haven't finished the book? Absolutely! Now, be 100% prepared for spoilers, but please don't let that deter you from coming. We'd love to meet you and have you join the conversation and our community. Don't be shy! Q. How's the parking? Free street and paid lot parking are available (but the lot fills up quickly, so if you see free street parking, snag it). Q. Can I bring a +1? Absolutely, but please send them the link so that we can have an accurate headcount and space. Q. What if I can no longer make it? As a courtesy to the community that's hosting and resourcing this event, if plans have changed and you can no longer make it, please update your RSVP ASAP or reach out to us via our Instagram DM so that we have an accurate, updated headcount.
