Join STŌA and Welda Club for a community shakeout run bringing together NYC's running and wellness communities for good energy ahead of the New York City Marathon. Whether you're gearing up to race, supporting someone who is, or simply looking to connect with like-minded people, everyone's welcome. We'll head out for a relaxed 5K/3miles at a conversational pace, followed by time to connect, coffee, and enjoy a few special giveaways. Bag drop is available before the run. All paces welcome.
